For Live 9 place the skin file in: C:ProgramDataAbletonLive 9.x SuiteResourcesSkins. For Live 10 place the skin file in: C:ProgramDataAbletonLive 10.x SuiteResourcesSkins. Right click on Ableton app icon show package contents app resources skin.
MAC: Right click on Ableton app icon show package contents app resources themes. Select theme in Live preferences. Try it with the following settings.
